Clan Information
- Clan Size: Minor but known. [40-spreaded]
- Nature and Values: The Tsuchii Clan aren't always relentless. They're calm and peaceful on most occasions, but if provoked they can become ruthless and hard to dispose of. One of their values is trust, another is peace, and the last one is unity.

History, Legend of the Clan:

- Blood. Pain. Misery. These were the basis' of the old life of the Tsuchii. It happened before the beginning of time. Everyone was just a fighter, no peace-makers were able to live here. It was all about extinguishing the clan. The enemy. Not the ally. Until, one day, it all happened.
It glowed lightly within every ninja in sight, which left everybody looking at their chest and back at the glistening green sky with awe. This green thing coming from their hearts and shot up to the sky with a little tube made everybody feel calm, peaceful. They dropped their weapons and waved a white flag, leaving them allies and friends, not enemies and killers.
But this peacefulness didn't last long. 50 years later, the same clans went to war, but this time it wasn't the enemies that did it - it was the Tsuchii Clans enemies Kekkei Genkai. Through their bloodline, their KKG - Or Kekkei Genkai for easier reference - made them bring on a second mind. A demons mind. While the enemies fought for a way to stop the demon from taking over, many were killed. It was helpless. Though the Tsuchii Clan won the battle, nobody will ever win the war.
Kekkai Genkai or Bloodline of the Clan:
- Tsuchii Clan Kekkei Genkai:
- The Tsuchii Kekkei Genkai was originally intended to be lethal and used for fighting purposes. It is a Doujutsu called Orikigama, which harness' the basic element of energy to creating Rays, or Lasers from their eyes. At Genin-Chuunin ranks it cannot kill, but only burn through clothing. Later on, if used with enough power, it can kill, but not without a drawback.
If someone uses the full energy, they become partially blind in both eyes. For as many times as this happens, it becomes as far as completely blind, and is doubled in injury. In the end, you can only recover the Kekkei Genkai if you retrieve the eyes of another individual, which must have some mental and emotional bond with you, or must be dead from Nature's most obvious reason, their time has ended.
Even if they collect the eyes, they will not be completely cured of blindness. They will not see the outsides of their eyes, and will only see through a little tunnel in their pupils, which ends in Tunnel Vision. The more eyes they can collect, the better their their vision will become.
Element of this Kekkei Genkai is Ray - Fire + Wind All Clan Users must have these two elements.
Eyes Collected
10+ = 80% Blindness Free
9 = 70% Blindness Free
8 = 60% Blindness Free
7 = 50% Blindness Free
6 = 40% Blindness Free
5- = 30% Blindness Free
Because of the amount of energy, most people would be left asking "How do they not burn/melt their eyes", but this is because their pupil and insides have the ability to reflect it off the inside, redirecting it to the pupil and out their eyes.

Little more description on the lasers because all you say is that they shoot and burn stuff, not exactly what element it is, etc. B/c You can't just be like "OMG LAZORRRRR PWN" o.o.

Roughly how much damage does this blast do? how fast does it shoot? range? etc etc.
