Genin Genin are the lowest level shinobi in the village. They do easy D-C and occasionally B-ranked missions and are usually taught by a Jounin in a group of 3. These Squads form bonds and become key roles in society later. Genin are also apprentices in the workshops of the Villages. They help out the masters and do whatever they can to help maintain a village's euphoria. Usually aging from 10-16.

Chuunin Chuunin are the average level of Shinobi in villages. They sometimes take genin, and sometimes do missions solo or in teams. If teamed they are usually in 4 man squads with 1 jounin or 2 man squads. They are the brute force of a village and do everything. Guard, and attack villages. They are usually aged 16-25.

Jounin Jounin are the Teachers and specialists of the village. They could be medical staff, teachers, spies, or a number of different specialists. They generally do not go on missions unless accompanied by a group of genin. They are the guardians and mentors of the future. They usually are masters at jobs around the Village and are the axle of the village's motors. They are generally aged 18-35.

ANBU: ANBU or (Ansatsu Senjutsu Tokushu Butai - Special Assassination and Tactical Squad) are the special operations forces of the Leaf Village. They follow orders from ANBU command, which is generally given directly by the reigning hokage. They go on special and often secret missions and are used as body-guards for the Hokage. They can also be investigators or used as Jounin in some circumstances. They are usually at least 21.
Yugata Shinju: Highly Skilled Konoichi with equal status of ANBU. These Ladies serve directly under Lady Seu herself.

Sons of Aries: The sons of Aries are the tactical and often fanatical religious warriors of Iwagakure. They follow strict moral and ethical codes including not eating meat until it has been cooked for 6 hours, and all their food must be blessed before they eat. They follow a specific Greek God (You must make reference to which when you sign up for this) and visit the shrine of this god monthly (RP). They also have strange fasts and are very devote in their religion. They only follow orders when directly given them by the Tsuchikage. They usually begin their training at birth, and are accepted into the Sons of Aries as a Genin and trained up from a Genin into the Sons of Aries. (If you are a genin and wish to be a Son of Arie in the future, you must make note of this in your History.)

Wandering Ninja: Are ninja who have for one reason or another, left their village. Either by force being a Criminal or by own accord. Most villages do not take kindly to citizens leaving. They can be from 16 to 60 and are generally wanted criminals. Criminals and Wandering Ninja must be cautious in their actions and not interfere with village affairs if they do not wish to be caught and killed. ANBU has a special division set up to capture and kill traitors.
