Standing well over several feet tall, the character is a giant. His huge, powerful frame is source of awe among his fellow men, who pause to stare as they pass him on the street. Though very strong, the wear on his body will certainly age him unnaturally and his life span is half what it would be normally. Furthermore, the character must eat twice as much as men of lesser stature and will also have a hard time finding clothes that will fit him without the services of a skilled tailor.

Hidden Chakra: Born with a massive chakra capacity compared to that of the 3 tails bijuu. However Bui isn't anle to control this chakra like he would like to. Trying to use this massive amount for too long (3post) has a great strain on bui's body. It will drop bui on his knees rendering him useless for the next (2post). However the chakra is so great bui becomes resistant to physical damage. Bui wears is armor to nullify and hide this chakra.

General Appearance: At first glance, Bui would strike someone as a charming and handsome young man, his near perfectly angular face gives him a young yet mature look, which only adds to his smile and pearly white, but slightly sharpened, teeth. He has a slightly long but straight nose that matches the angular effect set by his jawline and chin. His face is completely free of all blemishes or scars, showing only smooth and soft flesh on his well framed face, though despite this, Bui has a slightly pale complexion that catches light in interesting ways.

His eyes are a bright and deeply colored sapphire blue, each always lit up by the light around him in a way that makes his eyes dance and shimmer that add to the kind and charming effect given off by the rest of his face. If one were to really stare deep into Bui's eyes, the shining reflection and handsome appearance will fall away, revealing a cold and harsh look behind the animated mask set by his seemingly "nice" features.

Bui's hair is a fair blonde, its color changing slightly lighter during the summer and darker to a degree during the winter seasons. Though always Bui has it cut to mid length, there it stays in this cut fashion. Although Bui never tends to his hair in any way, it somehow always spikes itself in a neat pattern on the tops and sides, leaving the sideburns, bangs, and back to straighten out and even more neatly frame his cheeks and face. The handsome face of Bui's features, to those who know him, are all to misleading, as Bui's true personality is nothing like what his handsome smile and sparkling eyes may lead many to believe.

Bui has even set and firm shoulders, the slightly pale skin if bare, reveal a cut and strong set of muscles that hint at his training with swords and weapons. Following along the his arms, the rest of Bui follows suit of his shoulders, his muscles strong and toned, more pronounced around the forearms then the rest of his arms, all attributed to his focus in kenjutsu. if one pays attention, they can see Bui's veins slightly bulging out when his arms flex and move during battle or his periodic training sessions, although they are by no means highly accentuated on his skin, which is a sure sign of over building of the bodies muscles.

Bui's chest, like the rest of his body has no scars or other blemishes that would hide or effect his pale but smooth flesh. His pecks are slightly firm, as well as sides, and his abdomen, which shows a lightly cut six pack. Though like his arms, Bui's torso and chest are almost always covered by some type of clothing, blocking any view one might have

Personality: Bui does not like to beleive he can be beaten in anyway shape or form, anything at all. He beleives himself to be better than most of his opponents. However, he does break this rule when mentioning Monki. He enjoys playing with his foes, and has several quotes that go with that such as, "Ah man, I'm really itching to play with you. And we should play slowly, or the game is not as fun." He seems to enjoy fighting and torturing his foes as well as taking on as many as possible. He seems to be the smartest member of the Tetsuo clan, seeing as how he is able to figure out the weak point of his and it's exact location and how to use this as an advantage. He also seems to be more cautious, allowing his jutsu to distract opponents while he sets up traps and fires ranged weapons at them. Finally, he seems to have a bit of a sense of humor, stale as it is, he has several quotes that show this like, "Ehh, he damaged several of my internal organs, but, I can still move."

Bui is a dark hearted person who has forsaken all others for the survival of themselves and the greater good. He is a double and triple crosser who weilds the ultimate Tetsuo's techniques. Born in an age of darkness and violence, the only way he sevived was blending in and not being noticed to strike at the hearts of those who whish him dead. His only two true friends are misery and lonliness. The sometimes have a short temper but is easily resovled at the sight of blood.

Bui is a evil-natured, quiet, and eager shinobi, believing that a person becomes truly strong when they have something truly important to fight for. Bui fully takes advantage of his talent for battle and incredible abilities, he applies these talents where ever possible, using his chakra and abilties for the smallest of tasks. When forced to face an opponent, Bui does all that he can to inflicting great harm, though he would rather make the battle last longer by using smaller, weaker jutsus and attacks to harm. He will only use his more powerful jutsu's when in a tight situation or if he is out matched.

The Clan
History, Legend of the Clan: The Tetsou Clan used to be a rather unknown and lonely clan, living in the mountains in the southern Earth Country all by themselves, only descending into the civilized world now and then to serve as mercenaries. On the southern cliffs of the mountains, the clan used to live in self-dug caverns and tiny villages, built in such a way that they caught the least sunlight as was possible. After all, the less sunlight they had, the stronger they were and the more easily they were capable of training.

Having lived this way for as long as the human kind can remember, the Tetsou elders were approached by messengers from Kumogakure during the great war between Iwa and Kumo. The Tetsou Clan members, Iwagakure figured, had the advantage of knowing the area they were fighting in. In addition, the Lightning Country at the time was an exeptionally dark region, making them even stronger and allowing them to be of great importance in the battle between the 2 villages. Refusing to mix themselves into the squables of the outside world however, no matter how much was paid, the Tetsou elders sent the messengers back with empty hands. They desired only to fight for the good cause. As there was none of such in this battle, they decided not to take part in the war at all.

The Tsuchikage did not take this news as good as the Tetsou elders would've hoped, however. Blinded by rage, he sent an impressive force of Iwa's ANBU members to hunt down the lonely clan and force them into submission. This resulted into a large slaughter, in which a major part of the Tetsou clan was slain, and a minor part of the members managed to get away and sought protection inside the great walls of Kumogakure. For centuries had they been hiding themselves up in the hills, but now they would side with Iwa's greatest enemy to get back on them for what they had done.

Quickly after the Tetsou clan took residance inside Iwa however, the battle was ceased and the war was over. Though this ment they could freely return home for most of the clan members, few had settled themselves inside the hidden village so well they figured they might just as well stay. These clan members still populate small sections of Kumogakure today, fighting for the village they sided with back then.
Kekkai Genkai or Bloodline of the Clan: The members of the Tetsou clan all possess a special aura of augmented chakra in combination with their special 'Push Chakra', in which they can use their chakra internal and external to exceed it's normal limitations. This essencially gives the members small dominion or authority over the way chakra works for their bodies. This allows them the ability to extert chakra out of their bodies and solidify it to push certain solid objects with their chakra within a 50m area. This clan also weilds the ability to over work their own chakra by pushing it to a higher level of the normal shinobi creating hightened senses of sensory.(Sensory is only 50m max) This technique is known as the Shingou and once established comes with a variety of abilities that are determined as Secret Clan Jutsu. With the ability to extend their chakra system around themselves in combination with the natural abilities of their 'Push Chakra', clan members in turn can produce a skillful array of techniques.

History: Born Genius
There once was a clan in the Kumogakure Village, a clan that was very well known and known as one of the best. Tetsuo was the clans’ name and this clan was stationed near the cave enterance. Not many could travel through the village without seeing a member of this clan training. The clan was very prosperous up until the time of the nine tailed attack.

Bui’s mother, father, uncle, aunt and three cousins were the last of the clan. Bui was the last one born and was only an academy student at the time of the attack. After the attack, Bui lost his brother. His mother took over his training, but along with the training began more life learning lessons about women. In the first year of his training he learned a lot about the clan. He was taught that the clan was not only very quick learners, but chakra manipulation was their strongest skill. The clan learned jutsu that was taught specifically to the clan. Each art mimicked a god in which they worshipped when fighting.

Bui was the youngest clan member to be taught the clan's Ninjutsu. His mother had learned the arts and was the holder of the scrolls, in which the clan jutsu secrets were held. By the age of seven, Bui had begun to learn one of the many art forms of the clan. At the age of seven he had joined the Academy. Bui was made fun of because of his inability to really mold chakra too well. This like all things began to pass as he learned to mold chakra. This was something of a shock to his mother, as the clan was built to mold chakra. Bui wasn’t the first, but he was the first member in the clan that couldn't mold a bit of chakra. His mother couldn’t teach him anything about molding chakra, but that was what the Academy was for and that’s what he used it for mostly. Projectile weapons were a hardship for Bui. Hand held weapons were nothing to him and came almost like second nature.

Bui was ten years old and had already mastered the basic ninjutsi art styles he was taught in three years. This proved to his mother that he was a pure genius. Bui was going to graduate a year early, but he decided against it since he still had trouble with the chakra molding portion of his training. In the next year he had begun training for the next level of ninjutsu art styles he was beginning to learn.

Bui had grown so much since he was a child; had gotten stronger in his ability to mold chakra and his skills in Weaponry were above the bar for a kid his age. He graduated out of the Academy at the age of eleven. He didn’t get a Genin team until the age of thirteen, by this time Bui had mastered two of the many clan ninjutsu arts.

RP Sample: A cool breeze blew past Torein as he scaled along the side of the mountain. Torein usually trained high up in this area where the minerals were rich. The mountains were harsh and gave off the silence that he often longed for. Torein was not wearing his usual attire but a long white Yuki cloak that shined in the light.

With a single graceful movement, his senbon pierced into the tree and flew out the other end. As he danced his way in circular motions, the surrounding forest became littered with senbon; each sticking out of the trees. The Otomichi had been hard at work preparing to take down the Uchiha shinobi. The Uchiha ninja would soon be on the move, with the Otomichi trailing right behind them.

Even as he continued to train, nothing quite was like fighting an actual person. He needed someone to train against. you could do a jutsu a thousand times and it would still not work out exactly how you wanted it. Only when fighting a real person could you prepare for the unexpected.

As Torein's dance came to an end, he let his arms hang by his side and is hair fall over her face. At this that moment, Torein heard someone nearby. He would then analyze his complete surroundings. Seeing that their was nothing but a few rocks and a mountain made of stone. It was also pitch black out as if the moon didn't exist to give any light. The land was an exact square 30 meters wide and long without one place to hide. Other than that it was a long fall to the bottom.

With a sneaky suspension that someone was around watching, Torein would pull out a scroll from his ninja pouch a summon two puppets. This puppet looked as if it were an exact replica of himself from head to toe. Torein would then return his puppets for he was only seeing if he was properly prepared. Torein would then boast to get his opponent to reveal themselves

Humph, Just like an Uchiha shinobi always learking in the dark trying to sneak up on an opponent. Why don't you come out and fight like a true shinobi. Stop sneaking around in the dark like sime kind of shadow. What are you? Scared! You little jabroni, I bet I can beat you without even using my puppets. The simpilistic style of your clan is all but tasking to someone of the likes of me. That's why I know that you will be no match for me and I will surley win this fight. Oh yea, and I will kill you. I promise, let's fight.
