Ochiba walked up into the ring to see what was going, if he knew anyone.There were ninja girls half naked training, and little genins were peeping at them. Thinking of a funny prank he started to think. He needed to dress up as a women. Trying the Genge technique but thinking it wasn't funny enough, he transformed it to make him naked, with only clouds covering 'her'. After doing the jutsu a couple times, he walked up behind the peeping toms, and performed the jutsu. The genin were shocked and were getting 'happy'. Ochiba then switched back. "You pervs!"
He said with a straight face then started to walk away, while walking away he couldn't stop laughing.
